    Vitamin C Description:

Vitamin C is one of the most researched and highly beneficial vitamins you can incorporate into your grooming routine. It improves visible signs of ageing, brightens uneven skin tone, and provides skin restoring as well as skin smoothing benefits. Vitamin C is hydrating and anti-inflammatory due to its antioxidant capacity which neutralises the effects of free radicals. This ingredient also helps fade hyperpigmentation by inhibiting the production of melanin in skin. Vitamin C boosts collagen production which reduces fine lines, wrinkles and keeps your skin looking supple, youthful and plump. The collagen in vitamin C also promotes healthy hair, reduces hair loss, and stimulates hair growth. Since vitamin C is anti-inflammatory it also fights off dandruff, prevents premature greying of hairs and combats weak and brittle hair.

It is important to remember that all antioxidants, including vitamin C, are vulnerable to destabilising if not stored properly. Your vitamin C should be kept in opaque packaging that is airtight. Do not leave your vitamin C exposed to sunlight and air.
